Privacy Policy

IQ Technologies is the IT services division of XN3 Technologies Inc. (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we handle when you visit www.iq3tech.com or contact us, and the choices you have.
Our website
Our website is a simple information site. It uses no cookies, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, embedded third-party content or forms.
It is hosted by Amazon Web Services using AWS Amplify, which delivers pages through the Amazon CloudFront network from the AWS location nearest to you; that may be outside your country, including the United States. When you visit, your browser sends the standard information any website receives: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser’s user agent.
AWS Amplify automatically keeps an access log of these requests for as long as the website is hosted there; this cannot be switched off. The log is stored by AWS on our behalf as our service provider (processor) and is available only to us. We look at it only when needed to investigate errors, abuse or security problems, never to identify or profile visitors, and we do not combine it with any other information.
When you contact us
If you call or email us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address and a description of what you need. We use it to answer you and to provide the services you ask for.
Our email is hosted by Google Workspace, which processes messages on our behalf as our service provider. We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to help you, and as required for our business, tax and legal records.
Information on your devices and systems
When we work on your computers, networks, servers or accounts, we may be able to see information stored on them. We access only what the work requires, keep it confidential, and do not copy or keep it unless that is part of the job you asked for, such as a backup or a migration.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell or rent personal information, or share it for advertising.
- We do not use your information for automated decisions or profiling.
- We share information only with the service providers named in this policy, or when the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email info@iq3tech.com or call 209-432-9288. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
